The government has many programs in place that can help you get started out in real estate business as well. You can also get 10’s of thousands of dollars for investment property. With everyone now a days talking about the economic crisis that America is in, the government will still give away over 1 Trillion Dollars in grants each year! That’s each year.

All you need to do to qualify is be at least 18 years of age and be a legal US citizen. From there you need to find which program that you would like to apply for and start the grant writing process. It can be tricky but many companies have done the research already.

You can also apply for more than one grant at a time and you may also receive funding for more than 1 grant a time as well. For example, you can receive $2,000 to help pay your mortgage while you also receive $15,000 to help make a down payment on a new home. These grants are real and they are given out each year. And the government does not advertise on TV.

I have found this resource for grants and I am sharing it with you. Find Free Government Grants.
